The site features a visual timeline that pulls out the major collaborations between the Eames and Herman Miller and the furniture icons they created together. By sharing content uncovered from the Herman Miller archives, our site invites users to take a closer look inside the work of the Eameses.

Historical images, videos and anecdotal quotes are sprinkled throughout the timeline. Users can scroll through the timeline or jump to specific time periods by clicking on the Eames’ signature icons. You’ve probably sat in an Eames chair before and haven’t realized it, like an Eames Molded Plywood chair or Eames Tandem Seating at the airport.

As Herman Miller’s digital agency of record, we launched the Magis products on the Herman Miller site.

Today 70% of our time is spent working in groups. We collaborated with Herman Miller in concepting and directing “Working Together,” for NeoCon this year, a video that illustrates a day in the life in an office and how people work today.

We’re pleased to launch Herman Miller’s online store, the brand’s first direct-to-consumer e-commerce site. In order to give consumers the best possible shopping experience, we created an e-commerce strategy that allows people to directly interact with the Herman Miller brand while shopping.

Along with the product configuration tools customers can play with, users are given the widest range of product options available. The Shop by Room section allows consumers to visualize how Herman Miller products fit into their individual lifestyles, providing product options for a living room, dining room, or office space. For design inspiration, you can visit the Shop by Designer section for all products by the Eames, Nelson, Noguchi or Béhar. We also collaborated with architectural photographer Juergen Nogai, who was Julius Shulman’s partner, in directing a photo shoot of the furniture in inspiring spaces.

Integrated with the overall Herman Miller web experience, the online store is visually driven, giving window-shopping a whole new meaning.

We collaborated with Herman Miller and fuseproject to introduce Yves Béhar’s newest product: the SAYL chair.

Inspired by the principles of suspension bridges, the SAYL chair was designed in tribute to “live unframed.” In the coming weeks, we’ll be releasing an online experience that will take you behind the scenes with Yves Béhar and the making of SAYL. Stay tuned for updates.
